A 20% deposit is required to secure this property.
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.
Any cancellation must be notified to the owners in writing by the person who has contracted the vacation.
If such notification is received more than 60 days before the vacation commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by the owners, otherwise the following charges apply: 30 - 60 days before 50%; 30 days before 75%; 14 days or less, 100%.
