Ground floor cloakroom with wc and sink. fly sreens fitted to ground floor patio doors. The 1st floor has a large Master bedroom with flat screen TV (local Channels)and DVD player, with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, all fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning units, family bathroom with w.c. sink and bath with shower over.

There are 3 golf courses within easy driving distance a new course has opened near to Paphos Airport. A new golf drivng range is within a 15 minute drive along the coast road.
Paphos bird Park and the Akamas peninsular which is an area of outstanding beauty are close by. Paphos harbour is a world heritage sight, the tombs of the Kings are also a short drive away.
There are a couple of restaraunts within walking distance. Peyia Village with is supermarket, bakers, butchers, tavernas and local bars is just 5 minutes drive away. Coral bay has many places to eat and again is just 5 minutes drive away. Papos is just 20 minutes away and has a full selection of shops an indoor market and a beautiful harbour in which you can enjoy a relaxing drink or have a full meal.
