It is located in a peaceful, residential community. This impeccable villa has a very unique design and a bit of a Moroccan feel to it making it the perfect holiday villa. The villa is spacious, light and airy and you can enjoy the fantastic views from inside as well as outside. There are enormous, sunny terraces and nice covered porches from which you can also enjoy the views and the great climate.

There is satellite TV in English and German and Spanisch TV. There is also internet access in the villa. The villa has central heating, so if you come in winter you will be very comfortable. Since the pool is heated, you can swim year round. There is a tennis court, 2 communal pools, table tennis and a football pitch in the communal area which is a 3 minute drive away. Our guests have complimentary, unlimited use of these facilities. There is even WIFI internet access there.

* Electricity charged separately from November until end April. From May to October, 30 euros electricity a week is included in rental price. If consumption exceeds this amount, the difference is deducted from 400 euros security deposit to be paid on arrival.
Sights of Interest Granada city with the spectacular Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada is only 45 minutes away. Other places of interest include the small mountain villages of the Alpujarras, Salobrena and its Moorish castle, Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour and Nerja with its underground caves. This area is still Spanish and much less touristic than the Costa del Sol.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
