Seafront penthouse with large outside terrace & BBQ

Penthouse is located right infront of the sea...it has a large outside terrace with bbq overlooking the romantic bay of St Pauls.

Apartment has 3 terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m and overlooks the bay, and is ideal to sunbathe, have lunch or dine or simply enjoy a nice glass of wine while enjoying the nice seaview.

There second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces South east. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. The smallest terrace is used for the washing machine and is covered to allow the clothes to dry.

St Paul`s Bay is one of the most beautiful villages of Malta. The Penthouse is located in a quiet area facing the fishing harbour. In fact one can enjoy seeing the fishermen coming in and going out of the harbour while drinking a glass of wine on the terrace or in the sitting room. Just 150 m away there is also a small swimming zone which is very popular with the locals for a quick swim.

Notes on Amenities :   Apartment has 3 terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m and overlooks the bay, and is ideal to sunbathe, have lunch or dine while enjoying the nice seav view. There is garden furniture and bbq available.

The penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite and a kitchen dining living. In this room there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate another couple as they can be turned easily into a double bed with a normal matteress. The penthouse is served with an elevator and there is also free internet in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the combined sitting dining there is a satellite TV with more than 1250 stations. Apartment also has a fully automatic washing machine.

"We enjoyed a memorable stay in Malta, staying a week in the Penthouse. A lift whisks you to the fourth floor apartment, a lovely bonus after a tiring days sightseeing. The apartment was modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and ideally placed to explore the island. The views from the balcony, over the tiny harbour and across the water, were enchanting. A big surprise was the use of three pin electrical sockets, which of course was great for British visitors. The owners Neville and Ruth were friendly and helpful and personally met us at the apartment to help us settle in."

"El apartamento está muy bien situado, su vista es magnífica y grandes facilidades de aparcamiento (en septiembre por lo menos). Pero a nuestra llegada el apartamento no estaba convenientemente aseado y preparado. Entre otras cosas las toallas estaban sucias, aunque este problema se solucionó a la mañana siguiente. Otro pequeño inconveniente que hemos observado es la falta de presión del agua."

"Du 2 au 9 octobre 2010 nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le balcon-terrasse est un enchantement. Au départ on entend un peu le bruit des voitures en bas , puisque nous sommes en pleine ville , mais ensuite on ne les entend plus . Le propriétaire est venu nous chercher assez rapidement alors que nous étions un peu perdus dans le dédale des rues et ce,bien qu''il était très occupé pour des raisons personnelles . Nous avons séjourné ensuite à Gozo et à La Valette mais nous avons bien regretté notre appartement de St-Paul''s et sa vue sur la baie . De l''autre côté de la baie il y a un petit magasin où l''on trouve de tout et le dimanche il y avait 2 camions de fruits et légumes assez frais . Voilà vous pouvez y aller sans inquiétude ."

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
