Brand new seafront apartment

The apartment is brand new and located directly on the seafront. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the spectacular bay of St Paul's, which is characterised by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the �luzzu�. It is very relaxing to sit outside on the balcony watching the nice view and enjoying a nice glass of wine. A rocky beach with sunbathing area and reserved swimming zone is just 150 m from the apartment.

Kindly also note that apartment is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has two bedrooms, a shower and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery and dishes. In the living there is a nice sofa and satellite television with over 1, 250 channels to choose from! It is very relaxing and romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset.

The apartment is very well located in a residential area, but close to the touristic town of Bugibba. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants, wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment.



Just across the road there is a reserved swimming zone, and the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are close by too. A beautiful countryside is within minutes from the apartment and one can make long walks or picknicks. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk on the promenade by the sea and maybe stop and have an ice cream on the waterfront. The bus stop is also in the same street and visiting all Malta is very easy and cheap. If one likes to hire a car, there is ample free on street parking.



From a nearby jetty you can take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. The apartment is also close to 'Cirkewwa', this is the place from where the ferry leaves to the sister island of Gozo and Comino. They are a must see since there you will also find amazing beaches like the Blue Lagoon, Ramla Bay, Dwejra, etc.

Proprietraio molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile.. Casa conforme alla descrizione, ben posizionata per raggiungere le principali spiagge e mete dell' isola.. Vista mare mozzafiato. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare una macchina per girare l isola al meglio..
