The apartment is ideally located in Xemxija, which means sunny in Maltese. Xemxija is a part of St Pauls Bay and is also close to Mellieha. Thus it is located in the north of Malta. This means it is in the middle of the best beaches and countryside. The best beaches are about 3 km away( 1 bus, costs euro 0.58, 10 minutes) The bus stop is just 200m away and there is ample parking space for who likes to rent 1 or 2 cars. After a day sighseeing one can have a nice swim on the rocky beach near the apartment. This is a popular swiming spot for locals. The area is a quiet residential high class area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is a double bedroom with shower en-suite; the second bedroom is very big and has a double bed and 2 single beds. The apartment has also a separate sitting room, which enjoys enchanting sea views. This large sitting room can be turned easily into a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen and dining room also leads to the terrace and enjoy sea views. Apartment has also a seperate bathroom. On the roof there are also sun beds.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigirator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and fans.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
