Villa with private pool, Balcon de Ronda (MA-018)

This delightful house in the country has a private swimming pool and is on a 3,000m2 estate, full of roses, Mexican orange flowers and other attractive plants that fill the air with fragrant scents and bright colours. From the raised patio, shaded by a beautiful vine you have lovely views over the garden. There\'s a little flower-lined path that leads from the patio to the pool and the view opens out onto a maginificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Inside the house the living/dining room is spacious and the open fire a wonderful focal point (especially on winter evenings!) Another lounge provides a quiet place to read. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large, light bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor. The other bathroom is downstairs.
Location: 5km from Ronda (all services); 50km from San Pedro de Alcantara (beach); 108km from Malaga (airport); 128km from Seville (airport). The house is in a peaceful nature reserve with plenty of excellent walking and yet very near from the historic city of Ronda - one of the oldest in Spain and famous for its spectacular river Tajo (Tagus), more than 100m deep.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
