Welcome to our fantastic 1st floor apartment which is beautifully furnished with lots of little extras to make you feel at home.

The fantastic Roda Golf and Beach Resort is superbly situated for both golfing breaks & family holidays. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the golf course and new club house and within a few minutes drive of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor beaches, which are gently shelving and really safe for kids.

As well as all the fantastic on-site golf and swimming facilities there is a private beach club on the Mar Menor (open June - September) where you can be active and swim in the pool or the sea, go sailing or just relax and make use of the luxury spa facilities.

The stylishly furnished apartment has full air conditioning, full central heating and electric security grills.

Additional Information : RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates.
The balance is due 8 weeks before travel. If travel is within 10 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid..

SECURITY BOND:
£150 security bond required on booking. Refunded within 15 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

PAYMENT:
Our primary method of payment is by Bank Transfer. However, for convenience, payment can be made by Credit/Debit card in Sterling or Euro using PayPal (subject to convenience charge).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
The property is available from 17:00 hours on arrival and should be vacated by 12:00 hours on the day of departure (local time) - we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals and late departures where possible

The 5* Roda Golf and Beach Resort is a great place - not just for golfers but for non-playing partners and kids too! Onsite, there are pools everywhere with fantastic gardens around them where you can sunbathe, read a book or just relax. There are plenty of kid's playgrounds, plus the newly built tennis, paddle tennis and basketball courts. There is also a mini market on site where you can buy essential food items, drinks, magazines and newspapers.

The Clubhouse is impressive, built on two levels and has immediate visual impact. Stunning water feature and outdoor marble staircase lead to the terrace that has great views over the golf course. The restaurant serves excellent food, with discounts for guests, and there are tapas and snacks available from the bar. Whichever you choose, you can eat inside or outside at any time of year. It’s a place where people can meet, relax and enjoy themselves . . . whether you play golf or not.
 
BEACH CLUB
The beach club on La Manga del Mar Menor certainly has the "wow" factor. The stunning building boasts swimming pool, Jacuzzi and solarium plus direct access to the Mediterranean beach where you can try the water sports. Eat gourmet food in the restaurant or simple snacks from the pool bar. The views from the upstairs relaxation area are quite spectacular. It is just such a great place to relax away from the swimming pool and bar area and just enjoy a quiet, intimate cocktail, whilst looking over the Mediterranean sea. With toys for the children to keep them occupied and lifeguards by the pool to keep them safe, you can just chill out.

Roda is not just for the golfer .....
You are just 2 km from the unique natural setting of warm, shallow waters of The Mar Menor, the largest natural seawater lagoon in Europe.

The setting of the Costa Calida and Mar Menor is truly incredible, with more than 253 Km of Mediterranean beach, around 320 days of sunshine per year enjoying annual average temperatures of around 21ºc and ideal for a relaxing holiday year round. It’s an enclosed lagoon with no dangerous currents making the water safe for children of any age. The beaches are great - clean and sandy and many have the prestigious "Blue Flag" award with lifeguards in the summer. There are so many miles of beach that you can always find a quiet spot, even in August.

Just 2 km away with a range of shops, bars & restaurants. The promenade stretches for 8km, and is dotted with "chiringuitos" - bars selling a variety of Tapas dishes, refreshments & local beer!

We said 18 months ago we would be back! We ARE back and again had a great holiday and hope to return again next year.

The apartment is fantastically well equipped with things you wouldn't think of. Very comfortable and homely.
Great balcony - so spacious!
The apartment is everything you could hope for and more but we would like to move it 5 minutes nearer to the beach!
Los Alcazares is lovely and the beach and promenade were both very clean.
Our son loved the beach and surrounding play parks - perfect area for young children.
Lots of great, reasonably priced restaurants and bars. We had a great time and will definately return to the area.

We were caught up in the Icelandic Volcano distruptions and cannot thank Bev and Mike enough for everyting they did to help us during the situation. They allowed us to stay the extra days required in the apartment, at no cost, and made several telephone calls to the airline on our behalf. If you rent this apartment you will receive a warm welcome and will feel that you have been cared about. Nothing is too much trouble at all.

A very comfortable apartment, extremely well equipped. The owners, Mike and Bev, were very welcoming, and most efficient in their organisation of the apartment and its facilities.
There are good restaurants in Los Alcazares about 6 minutes drive away, and many are listed in the comprehensive visitors’ guide book which Bev and Mike provide.
While the two gents in our group played golf at the Roda course during the day, the lady in the group enjoyed the sunshine on the excellent balcony. We can thoroughly recommend Bev and Mike and their comfortable apartment to anyone who is looking for a golfing and/or relaxing holiday in Murcia.

Having been let down by another owner at the eleventh hour, Bev & Mike came to the rescue!
With short notice for preparation, this apartment was scrupulously clean and a very comfortable find.
The welcome pack was "welcome", the kitchen excellently equipped and our hosts friendly and informative.
We have had a lovely stay. The weather was great and we will be recommending "Piso Pomsol" to our friends.

The apartment is light and airy and one of the best features is the HUGE balcony . . . . Lovely for a meal in the evenings or lying reading a book in the afternoons. The bathrooms are lovely and spacious and the secure underground car park is a major bonus. I'll definitely be back !

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process.
