Our detached villa is situated in the prestigious, low-rise development of Cuidad Quesada, adjacent to the typically Spanish town of Rojales. We are only 2 minutes from La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, and 10 minutes drive from fabulous Guardamar beach, with golden sand and plentiful free parking. The villa has a bathroom with shower and bidet, living/dining room, separate kitchen, and is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are views from the covered terrace of the communal garden and pool, down to part of the golf course, and across to the villas on the other side of the valley. Situated in a quiet area, this is an ideal location for couples or families. The climate makes it an all-year-round destination, and particularly popular for winter golf (see further info below). They offer us special rates as villa owners and give us a 10% discount off the internet rates we can pass on to you. Baby or small child in a party of 5 Many 2 bedroom properties are advertised as accommodating 6 guests by utilizing a sofa bed in the lounge. As you will see from the website, we have preferred to have sofas which are actually comfortable to sit on and which do not convert to a bed and, for this reason, we do not normally accept more than 4 people. A party of 5 including one child in a cot is, however, no problem and we make no additional charge for this.
For an older child, we do have a folding bed available and are, therefore, able to make an exception to accommodate a third child at a nominal extra charge.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
