There is 1 double bedroom and 4 twin rooms all with en-suite shower rooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, perfect for anyone with problems climbing stairs. A safe is provided for your valuables.
This spacious home enjoys extensive views to sea, mountains and Nerja town from living room, bedrooms, pool and terrace areas. The basement provides a laundry room. The villa is maintained to an exceptional high standard and assistance from a neighbour is close at hand should you need help or to hire extra items e.g. pushchairs etc.
Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look; the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement cafιs, wonderful tapas bars to sample authentic Spanish dishes - a truly lovely place to stay ..
Also, from here, it is easy to visit the city of Malaga - beautiful with its magnificent Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, whitewashed streets, and Piazzas where you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafιs, bars and restaurants. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda, are also within easy reach, and boast the most wonderful architecture and views.
Villa Sofia is within easy walking distance of Nerja town, a very pleasant 25 minute stroll. We walk into town virtually every day along Playazo beach where there are several chiringuitos (beach restaurants) you can if you wish, catch the bus into town, one stop, and the bus stop is within close proximity of the Villa. Taxis into town cost 7 Euros. There are also several good restaurants and eating places around the Villa, including http://www.firstnerja.com/ and http://www.avalonnerja.com/ both of them being no more than 10 minutes walk away, as indeed are the rest of the eating places. Although it is not absolutely necessary to hire a car it is probably worth considering.
The Villa is near a bus stop where there are frequent buses running into town which is only one stop away. Taxis into town cost 7 Euros

are not working properly, like lights, shower heads, toaster
and TV. The manager was very helpful to solve this problems, but it is good to check all this before the new guests are coming in

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
