Beautiful house in the lovely town of Nerja with stunning sea views and communal swimming pool. The house is 200 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the communal swimming pool. The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room/kitchen and big terrace with superb sea views. From here you can visit Granada, Seville, Ronda or Cordoba. Come and enjoy!
Accommodation Summary : The accommodation is very bright and spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There is a new kitchen with oven and hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The house has everything required for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 spacious bedrooms. There are some ciling fans for cooling and there are radiators for the winter months. There is a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views, which has table and chairs for dining and sunbeds. Reservations are made by bank transfer. 25% deposit is payable on reserving the house and the balance is due 8 weeks beofre your vacation. When we receive your deposit payment we will send to you by email confirmation of your vacation/your contract and when we receive your final payment we will send to you by email information/directions with instructions for the keys. You will have an emergency telephone number for any problems you may have during your vacation. Special arrangementsd are made for last minute reservations.
Places of Interest In Nerja there are many beautiful beaches some of which have water sports, paragliding, surfing etc, In the centre of the town there is the famous Balcon de Europa said to be the most southerly point in Europe. There is also the famous and award winning village of Frigliana which is about 15 minutes by car from Nerja. You can also visit the famous caves of Nerja, Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
Nearby facilities From the house you can walk in 5 - 15 minutes to about 9 bars and restaurants. In the centre of Town which is about 1.5 kilometers from the house there are many more bars, restaurants and dancing venues. You can reach Nerja centre by strolling along the beach or by local bus.
Nerja is approximately 1 hours drive from Malaga Airport. You can arrive by car, taxi or by bus. We can give you information of how to arrive by bus.

We had a lovely holiday. The service was superb. The little house we stayed in was great, and very clean with everything we needed to make our holiday special. Punta Lara is really pretty with a few bars you can have a drink in and eat at resonable prices. Overall our holiday was great and we will be returning to Punta Lara

We had a very good time here, the gardens and pool are really very relaxing and the bars and restaurants are good. The house is nice and bright with nice views of the sea, well recommended.

It is at lovly place/hous. And the veue over the mitterainensea is magnifficent.
The furnetur on the terrasse cout be better(platic is not goodt - trea will bee better,and a grill will be find on the terrasse.
i com again next year in october.

We only had a few days at this apartment but would go back again.
There was everything you need for your holiday in the apartment. The views from the apartment are wonderful, sea views and mountain views. The location is ideal. Far enough away to not hear any noise but close enough to walk to restaurants and also to walk into Nerja. Ideal location to visit Granada and Malaga.
Would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was absolutely lovely , bright clean and really homely and comfortable .It had everything that we needed for a great holiday and was very easy to find from the instructions from the owners . I would definately recommend a stay there to family and friends and we will also be returning again in the future.

Avons Passé de Très agréables vacances. cette maison est idéalement située ( trés Proche de la piscine , de la plage et du Proche centre ville ) , Dans un quartier calme à la période ou nous y étions(août ) . La maison est Bien équipée des ustensiles à la literie . Avons boucoup apprecie la Terrasse avec sa Très belle vue . Une adresse Que retenons et que nous recommandons

Very nice and comfortable house with a nice view of the sea. The beach is not very far and if you don't have a car, you can totally deal with cheap taxis to the center of Nerja. The house was very clean and we had everything to spend a wonderful time.
