Accommodation Summary : Las Brisas� is situated in a quiet area only 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen and the beach. It is a two minute walk to the supermarket and it is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport. The villa benefits from 2 double bedded rooms and a twin room with 2 fully tiled separate bathrooms. There is a well furnished lounge dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, ps2 and games music centre and a selection of games books and films. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a separate drying area with washing machine. We provide hairdryers, fans, and a security safe all at no extra charge as well as a cot and highchair. The sliding doors lead to a large patio and barbque area. Here you will find plenty of space for a heated 7x4m pool, which is not overlooked and enjoys the sun all day long, a patio table and 8 sunbeds. The master bedroom has its own large balcony with sea view and sunbeds.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
