The 2 bed self-catering apartments have been tastefully refurbished and set in an elevated position, commanding spectacular, uninterrupted views of the harbour area, mountains and across to Fuerteventura, on a well maintained and ideally situated complex of about 40 apartments, with heated swimming pool, a sun bathing terrace and a pool bar from where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst partaking of refreshments and light meals. The Reception from where guests can book car hire and excursions, access the Internet and rent safety deposit boxes, has multi-lingual staff.
Just a five minute walk to the harbour and a ten minute walk to the beach.

'Visited Puerto del Carmen many times, what can we say? Weather was gorgeous and the apartment is the most comfortable and well equipped we have ever stayed in. Lovely south facing balcony with carefully thought, relaxing furniture (home from home). Won’t recommend any specific restaurants – personal choice – all are good! Experiment. We prefer to eat in the Old Town. Thanks Jan for a lovely relaxing stay – we don’t want to go home! We hope to be back in September.'

'We have been visiting Lanzarote since 1983. This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Had a fantastic three weeks, lovely watching the sun setting over the volcanoes whilst sipping a glass of El Griffo! If you can tear yourself away from this view, visit the fish restaurants at El Golfo for excellent food and dramatic scenery. Thank you again for letting us stay, we will most definitely be back.'

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
