The garden is well-kept and attractive, with plenty of trees and flowering shrubs providing natural shade and colour. There is a charming covered terrace adjacent to the living room which has a dining table with seating for up to twelve people and a barbecue. A cool and beautifully shaded place to relax, this area has scenic views over the sun terrace and swimming pool to mountains in the distance. A large palm tree stands at the back of the sun terrace and beyond this is the secluded swimming pool which has a paved surround and hedge and lawn borders. There is a convenient open poolside shower.

Contained within 10 square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa (only 2 minutes driving). There are lots of water sports on offer here from jet skiing to windsurfing and the beach has good facilities including beachside cafes, sunbed hire and pedalos. There is also a prestigious sailing club here if you would like to give this a try.
There are goods supermarkets (Erosky center and Erosky city) within 1km of the house. Banks, chemists etc are all in the Puerto Pollensa. There are numerous good restaurants in Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town. It is well located here for other activities such as walking, cycling and birdwatching.
Cala St Vincent is a quiet coastal area surrounded by mountains with pine-clad ground sloping gently to the sea.
There are two caves to choose from where you will find sparkling shallow water which is great for families with young children. With convenient parking, a choice of restaurants and sun-loungers and parasols to hire, everything is there for you to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun.
The house has a book with all the best restaurants, supermarkets, pubs medical, taxis and all necessary info to spend a good holiday.
