In a separate part of the garden there is a garden hammock, a Jacuzzi for up to 8 people and a shady pergola equipped with fridge, built in seating and a bar. This area of the garden is crazy paved and well planted with palms and tropical plants. A large terrace goes completely around the villa and is equipped with a garden table and chairs. On the terrace at the rear of the villa, there is a pool table and steps leading up to the pergola and Jacuzzi. To secure a booking a 20% deposit is required with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
A damage deposit of 1000 euro is payable with the final balance. This will be refunded 10 days after departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.Preferred method of Payment:Electronic Wire Transfer.
