Magnificent Large 5 Bed Detached Villa with 1 Bed Studio Apt.

This magnificent large villa is situated between Protaras and Ayia Napa. The villa is built on a hill side. In the spacious landscaped gardens, there is a private 12m x 6m infinity swimming pool, one end of which is arched with steps leading into the water. By the pool, there are 10 sun-loungers, parasols, basket ball net and a pool side shower. In a separate part of the garden there is a garden hammock, a Jacuzzi for up to 8 people and a shady pergola equipped with fridge, built in seating and a bar. This area of the garden is crazy paved and well planted with palms and tropical plants. A large terrace goes completely around the villa and is equipped with a garden table and chairs. On the terrace at the rear of the villa, there is a pool table and steps leading up to the pergola and Jacuzzi. The roof top terrace extends round the roof on all four sides and is equipped with seating and tables and stunning panaromac sea views. On the roof top terrace there is an Indoor bar.

A welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar milk, drinking water and a bottle of wine will be supplied with our compliments. Should you wish us to purchase further provisions on your behalf please contact us.

Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged at preferential rates.

The Famagusta District, on the islands east coast, was once the main port of Cyprus and a popular resort. After the Turkish invasion in 1974 the areas of Ayia Napa and Protaras were redeveloped to become one of the largest resort areas on the island with many hotels, tavernas, discos and bars. The area includes some of the finest beaches in Cyprus as well as Capa Greco and the administrative centre , Paralimni.

Protaras, with Fig Tree Bay at its heart is famous for its white sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters. It is the main beach resort. Looked over by green rolling hills you can find rugged cliffs standing high over small sandy coves and local fish tavernas serving fresh fish whilst you take in the wonderful scenery.
Watersports are available, including water-skiing and windsurfing and etc.
This is a family orientated offering great entertainment, including mini-golf, a sea aquarium and evening entertainment at the Eden Square.The bars and restaurants cater for all tastes.
 
Ayia Napa
Ayia Napa is a bustling resort that has recovered its reputation as a great family resort with plenty of activities and entertainments for the whole family. Nissi beach is perhaps the most famous of the many sandy beaches in the area. Pay a visit to the old monastery and the local museum. The harbour has some excellent fish restaurants. If your passion is to dance the night away, then you will be spoiled for choice from the many lively bars and nightclubs.
The WaterPark is said to be one of the largest in Europe.Also you will spoilt for choice with many good quality restaurants to choose from:English,Italian,Cypriot,Chinese and etc.There is even a McDonalds. 'Meze' is the most popular meal which comprises a selection of between 15 and 30 different local dishes.Many bars and restaurants offer entertainment including tribute bands,karaoke and live shows and music.You will find that children are welcome in bars and restaurants with some having safe play area's for the little ones.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
