Step outside & swim from our punto or hire a boat and cruise the water from your doorstep. This listed stone house has been totally renovated whilst retaining all the original charm and character. The house provides 6 double bedrooms (1 double & 4 twins & open plan top floor) There are 3 shower rooms and master bedroom with bath & shower en suite. With fully fitted kitchen, living area and dining area inside and fab terraces outside with BBQ in which to relax overlooking the waters edge. It is a short drive to Kotor the old medieval walled city that some call a mini 'Dubrovnik'. Kotor is charming and splendid & provides a wide range of shops and restaurants, bars and cafes to suit all tastes and some lovely boutiques, nightclubs and even a casino! Stunning Villa on the edge of the fiord with amazing views. Swim on our punto right opposite the door step, walk to a tiny beach suitable for toddlers or drive to many of the beaches and amazing attractions the Kotor Bay area has to offer. The Villa is very well appointed with sunbeds, outside dining and all you could need for a family holiday. the top floor is open plan with a second seating area with sofas and extra TV & DVD so ideal for teenagers wanting their own space. Maximus is a famous Club set in the walls of the old city and perfect for those teenage nights out. Masses of restaurants to drive or walk to and lovely beaches etc to explore. Hire a boat and moor from our jetty! The Villa is fully gated and fenced so safe for all ages and yet with the fiord and swimming on the doorstep.
Very good rates for out of season weeks. Main season is within €2200 per week for 8 persons with some discounts available for longer stays and smaller parties.

Our rates vary according to seasons and are based on a price for 8 persons in the Villa. For any guests over 8 there is a small charge of €50 per person to cover linen, towels etc. Please call us or email for a quotation for your desired weeks.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
