The Mayer Apartments have an enviable position by the Beach in Praia da Luz. It is a small low rise family run complex furnished in a typical Portuguese Style. All the apartments are spacious and fully furnished. The Kitchens have a Fridge/Freezer, Full Oven, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Coffee Machine and Toaster. There is Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a Safe. The apartments have a good sized Swimming Pool for Guests with Sun Beds. During the Summer months there is a Pool Bar serving Drinks and Snacks. A Reception is available for guests where keys can be obtained, Car Hire, Excursions and other activities can be arranged. Other facilities, Telephone, Stamps, Restaurant Reservations and other local advice.
Accommodation Summary : The spacious Two-Bedroom Apartments are situated on the 1st and 2nd Floor. There is a full bathroom and a furnished Balcony with sea view. There is a fully equiped kitchenette and a large Lounge /Dining room.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
