As always in Italy, children are more than welcome and the people of this region are famous for their friendliness. Other attractions include concerts, many are tribute bands such as Queen, or Genesis usually staged close to the local beach, each Friday or Saturday during the peak season, or what about a trip to the local market.

We have just returned from 2 glorious weeks staying in this property. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and our teenagers enjoyed the music in the shower! The swimming pool was absolutely wonderful with plenty of inflatables, the hammock was a real success and everyone enjoyed table tennis. When we did go out the beaches were lovely - spent a day at the local beach and paid for beds and umbrellas, not too expensive if you are there for the whole day and it was fantastic to be surrounded by holidaying Italians and to have a proper shower at the end of the day. Different parts of the beach offer boards and lilos for the sea and our bit even served up free mozzarella toastees at lunchtime - for those with younger children each area also provides different playgrounds or bouncy castles for use. Note - if you intend to go to beach (free area where there are no beds) it could be a good idea to take or invest in umbrella - the sand gets very hot and there is no shade. The restaurants served fantastic food (we did use several restaurants recommended by Danny and we weren't disappointed). The Sibillini National Park and surrounding villages shouldn't be missed and if you can catch a thunder storm even better! We had beautiful weather and left feeling that there was still plenty for us to see another year. Danny was very helpful and it is reassuring to know someone is on hand should you need them.

what a fantastic week we spent in moresco.a charming apartment with everything we could want. we woke every morning to wonderful views of the clear blue sea, the location was so tranquil and inviting that going out for the day was a real wrench.we lounged by the pool sipping wine while the children enjoyed trampolening and water games with the many inflatable toys available.the area was perfect ,the close proximity of the many beaches yet within easy reach of the sibillini mountains.
the choice of restaurants close by was a bonus and eating out was not only a culinary experience but very economic.
the apartment itself was immaculately clean and very welcoming.we felt at home immediately!!!
we will be reserving our place in the sun again this year!!!and can't wait

The apartment is in lovely countryside with rolling hills down to the coast (which is only 10 mins away) - an ideal location for beach and sightseeing to the numerous small ancient hillside villages and the Sibilini mountains (l hr).
There are several good local restaurants nearby and the nearest coastal town is only 10 mins away with good beaches all along the coast which were not overcrowded and were accessible (you could actually park quite near when we were there)
The apartment is accurately described with all the facilities you would need (and some you would not expect - like all the games equipment and gym) and was clean, tidy and well equipped.
The owners (who live upstairs) were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive and could direct you to local beaches, restaurants etc.
We were the first guests to use the new pool which is excellent and again is equipped with everything you might want from beds/large parasols & tables to inflatables and a sound system.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and would visit again.
Many thanks to Danny & Karen for a relaxing holiday and a lovely place.

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
