These modern and attractive villas have been built according to a classical American style and the local Landaise style. They are located alongside the prestigious MolietοΏ½s golf course, some near hole number 2 and 17, and are all either independent or semi-detached and all have a private swimming pool and terrace. The villas are ideal for a relaxing and tranquil break. You will find all of the shops, and of course the beach at approx 600m to 1100 metres, easily accessible by the network of pathways and cycleways that crisscross the golf course and the sand dunes.
Whichever size of villa, you will find them comfortable, modern and fully equipped for all your needs: the American style kitchen is well equipped with washing machine/ tumble dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, for the most part a toaster, and a kettle and most have television (only French and few German channels). The local area The residence and villas are located in Moliets, a seaside resort on the Atlantic coast, an hour north of Biarritz, amidst the Landaise pine trees and close to the breathtaking scenery of the Pyrenees.
The residence is situated on the prestigious Moliets Golf course which is renowned for being one of the best in France and has the national training golf school, near the long sandy beach.
The villas are between 600 1100 metres to the beaches.
It is ideally located for a wide variety of activities the whole family can enjoy: golf, surfing, a variety of water sports, tennis, horse riding, cycling, walking, quad biking etc.
The little local village and seaside town has many shops and restaurants and cafes.
