This is a beautiful snug stone faced cottage for two adults and two children in the middle of the island of Mallorca. It lies in a quiet rural area 1.8km from the nearest village Porreres has a 6m x 11m pool ( use at your own risk), furnished terraces all around the house and a large roaming garden and is 15 οΏ½ 25 minutes from the south and eastern beaches.
The property is supplied with solar energy and artesian well provide drinking water. The owners live in the adjoining house, completely separately, and have 2 dogs and one cat. We offer home made whole meal bread, home made jams and chutneys, local wine and fresh veg and fruit of the season. Basic household foods and seasoning and products are provided on arrival, for first day comfort.
Accommodation Summary : The house is made up of a living space with closed wood fire, open kitchen, one double bedroom, one dressing room, one bathroom with bath tub, and an attic space above with two mattresses for the children with a wooden ladder. There are ventilators for air cooling and all top quality cotton bed linen. There is a choice of pillow type, feathers or man made.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
