This country residence was built 28 years ago in the Mallorquian country style. It offers magnificent views across the central plains of the island with views from Manacor to Randa. It is ideal for a quiet retreat or a family holiday. There is a very large pool surrounded by lawns and the owners come and go from the ground floor apartment. They supply the guests with fresh fruit and vegetables at very little cost and are so charming and helpful .It would be a pleasure to be with them. The house is perfectly fitted out with all the necessities for a relaxing holiday. There is a very large balcony with space for playing games or lying in the sun and eating outside. The owners are happy to accommodate the guests with the use of the down stairs terrace beside the pool by appointment. There is a luxurious grill room with a fully fitted out Mallorquian kitchen, a full dining area with cutlery and crockery for up to 12 people. It is a very special feature.

We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
