The villa has a really big yard sourrounded by a fence and many trees. A lot of space for children to run and play. A jacuzzi and spa can be found at the front of the villa with view to the sea.
There is also a sea view balcony at the front of the property.A veranda with 8 wooden chairs and two wooden tables can be found outside the kitchen. There you can enjoy your breakfast.

Air-condition use is optional and it is charged on your arrival at the villa (5.00 EUR per day, per unit)..
Mid week service is on request and it is charged with the amount of 35.00 EUR.

A non refundable deposit amount of 20% on the rental rate is payable at the time of firm reservation.
If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days instead of the deposit of the 20%, you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other amount (20%) 3 months before your arrival.
The deposit can be paid by banks transfer or by credit card.

The coastline North-West part of the island has many attractions including ''Petra tou Romiou'', Lara, Akamas Peninsula, Fontana Amoroza, Aphrodite's Baths , Adonis's Baths.The Akamas Peninsula is a spectacularly beautiful nature reserve - a specially protected area, rich in wildlife and which can be explored in a number of different ways.
There are many wonderful trails, for walking, cycling and driving.
On the north-west coast, the harbour and seaside villages of Latchi, Polis, Ayia Marina and Pomos are extremely pretty with their traditional fishing boats and taverns and here someone can hire speed boats for the day and join sailing and motorboat excursions down the coast of Chrysochous bay from Pomos into the Akamas.
