The secluded grounds are fenced and private with electric entrance gates. The casita has breathtaking viewslooking out over trees with oranges, figs, lemons, grape vines and palms and onward to the Tramontana mountains.The property features high beamed ceilings and cool stonework, it was, we think, the original barn on the property. A cosy woodburner is there for cooler days.
The attractive private pool, tiled in mosaics, is 8m x 4m with entrance steps and surroundedby a large terrace for dining, games and sun bathing. At the front of the property is another terrace with a roof overhang for alfresco dining in the shade, if required.
There are table and chairs and sunloungers here. The outside area is lit by LED lighting.
Also provided is a gas barbeque for supper on those balmy evenings.
The property is on one level so is easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Around and About The casita has two good Eroski supermarkets within 3km. For a really good shop go to Mercadonna in Alcudia, a huge selection at good prices. There is a huge variety of good restuarants in both the old town of Pollensa and the Port, as well as surrounding areas.We could go on about all thesefor ages, but there is a guide in the house brochure.
The area is ideally situated for a wide range of activities. On the wet side there is diving, water skiing, parascending, fishing etc all around. In the mountains are climbing, walking and some of the best "deep water soloing" in Europe. Bird watching is popular with one of Europe's largest wetlands near Alcudia. In the spring, cycling is a very popular activity.
Go to the north of the island, to the Caves of Drac, with the largest underground lake in Europe.
Coast/Beach The nearest beach is that of Port de Pollensa, about 3km. There is Alcudia(10km) and just beyond this the 7km stretch of sand at Muro and Ca'n Picafort.
