Your home is a 2 bed/2 bathroom condo on Lake Marion Resort in Kissimmee. The condo is for rent all year round at a very reasonable rate.
Accommodation Summary : The apartment offers 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite) sleeping up to 4 people with additional sleeping for 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room comprises of cable TV. The kitchen area has all the mod-cons that you would expect including washer/dryer, cooker/microwave, fridge-freezer and air-conditioning. Towels and bed linen are all included so all you have to do is bring yourself and enjoy all the amenities that the resort has to offer.

Prices are for the rent of the property, not per person.
Upon booking a 25% deposit is required with the balance due six weeks before the arrival date. Guests cancelling reservations less than 6 weeks in advance will forfeit all paid monies (except for the security deposit which will be refunded).
Also, a $50.00/ฃ50.00 security deposit will be requested at final payment, 6 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded after departure, upon full inspection of the property.
Unfortunately, for stays of 5 nights or less we have to charge a cleaning charge ฃ45/$65 (approx.). If you would like to stay less than 5 nights please email for the details.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
