The Granary close beautiful Paimpol/Goelo Coast Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms
The Granary provides comfortable accommodation from which to explore this exciting region. It is light and south facing with sunny gardens. Brehec Beach and Port can be reached by footpath direct from the house though walking boots are needed for the first 10 mins as the path is uneven and narrow. Thereafter it is a good path in deep deciduous forest from house. This takes around 35 mins even though it is only 2-3km.Charcuteries,boulangeries,banks supermarket etc only 3km at Plouezec, a pretty village with a great restaurant! A real bonus is to have Paimpol close (8 mins) with its portside cafes and restaurants, headland walks, Latin Quarter, summer festivals, etc! So much to do!
The hamlet has around 9 houses most of which were homes to Fishermen plying the Iceland waters in their search for cod.The Granary is part of the original farm serving the local area.
The people who live here include a teacher and farmer and some Parisien Bretons with second homes. All are very friendly.
