Villa Indira has a magnificent view of blue sea and mountains of Femes and a part view of the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Villa Indira is located 1km from centre of town and the nearest super market is 3 minutes. Villa Indira has all modern facilities, a nice breeze and good sun shine all year around.
The bathrooms are very nicely finished with very exclusive porcelain tiles with very sober colours. The kitchen is very modern and has all the latest facilities hot water /dish washer/ washing machine/ oven / micro wave/ toaster/ sandwich maker/ kettle etc.
Accommodation Summary : Villa Indira is located in quite area surrounded by approximately 500 villas. Heated swimming pool, sunny terrace, very beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and Femes Mountains and partl view of Fuerteventura, the neighbouring island. Villa Indira has a big living room, spacios bedrooms and bathrooms.
Our charges are based for 2 persons basis and extra person will be charged 62.50 euros/week.
Maximum capacity for the villa is 10 persons .

Pricing Prices given are for the group of 2 per week in euros, we do not ask for damage deposit but request our clients in case of any breakage please replace it, so the next client should not face any difficulty.

Our villa have 4 bedrrom and three bathrooms with large living room and its very much comfortable for big groups.
For confirmation we ask for deposit 145 euros non refundable, and the balance amount shall be paid 8 weeks before your holidays start.

Minimum stay 4 nights The property is child friendly . The pool area has to be supervised by adults all times for young children. Toys for toddlers are provided with board games for older children, with comfy bean bags to make a kids zone. Also a range of child friendly DVDs. The property has a safe to keep your valuables in. The property is non smoking.
Area Playa Blanca once a small fishing village has grown substantially in recent years, yet retaining its natural beauty. It has a fantastic promenade with many fine international restaurants. Playa Blanca has its own sandy beach in front of the promenade. There are many other fine beaches close by, including Dorada and Flamingo Beaches (a 5 minute drive a beach particularly suitable for children). A 10 minute drive takes you to the famous Papagayo beach considered to be the best in the Canaries.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
