Playa Blanca is the most southern resort on the island and subsequently benefits from the maximum sunshine available. Playa Blanca has an excellent selection of bars and restaurants located on the seafront and around the old harbour. There is also a pedestrianized town with many shops. There are 3 beaches in Playa Blanca. Playa Flamingo is to the right of the harbour with a sandy beach. A small beach in the main town and Playa Dorada is the closest to our villa, just a 15 - 20 minute walk. It runs for about half a mile with soft sand and clear blue waters ideal for snorkeling. You can also hire jet skis and go on the banana boat from there. From Playa Blanca you can walk along the beautiful seafront promenade which leads you to the new International Marina Rubicon with stylish shops/bars & bowling alley. Just a 5 minute drive away are the Papagayo beaches, these are the best beaches on the island with their clear blue waters ideal for scuba diving or just soaking up the sun.

The price for the villa is based on 4 people sharing, additional persons will be charged at an extra £50 per person per week. There will be a returnable £100 breakages deposit taken on booking. Please note that for larger groups the deposit may increase to £200. Part weeks also considered i.e. 10/11 day holidays. During the winter months the pool will be heated on request to approx 27 °C and the cost for this will be £50 per week. Air conditioning is charged at £50 per week. A mid week towel change is provided

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
