This unusual development of villas enjoys a unique location perched on a cliffs edge at the very top of Peyia village from where you can enjoy seemingly endless views of the Paphos coastline extending from Paphos harbour to the Akamas Peninsula.
Outside, the Mosaic-style private swimming pool is fitted with a whirlpool seating area, ideal for relaxing and admiring the exceptional views that make outdoor living at these villas a very pleasurable experience. Sunbeds, umbrellas and a gas barbecue are all provided for guests use.
Accommodation Summary : Each villa is built over 3 floors, and features 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 2 living areas. The entry level features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Entertainment is provided the TV (local channels only), Hi-fi and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and there is a large dining table. A second living area located on the lower level also features a television.
The bedrooms are located on both the first floor level and the lower level accommodating 14 persons in total. Five of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there are a further three separate bathrooms. A sauna room is also found on the lower level.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
