We have enjoyed too much ours holidays in the house, The house is better than in the photographies, the place is beautiful and have a very nice sights.
La casa está muy bien situada para llegar a todas las playas de la zona, el resort es impresionante, con mucha vegetación y muy buenas instalaciones. La casa está totalmente equipada, cabe destacar su zona de piscina y barbacoa, ideal para el verano.

We have recently returned from Portugal having used this Villa as our base for the seven days.
The details as per the website are an accurate description of the facility and its features. If anything the pictures do not convey the space and comfort within and around the property.
We found the property was immaculate in every way and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful to our group.
Having played several early rounds of golf the pool was an afternoon delight to relax around.
It is only mins walk to the clubhouse, bar and restaurant where we can say the food, especially breakfast was great.
Obviously one has to leave the complex to visit towns and villages in area. A car is essential.
One restaurant, recommended by the owners, was truly first class.
We would highly recommend.

Overall this was an excellent villa and we enjoyed a relaxing stay at parque da floresta.The location on the resort is very good being only yards from the main pool and spa/gym area.The villa was very clean and the furnishings very comfortable.The pool was large and clean and the whole villa is very private.On the downside,the villa description almost leads you to think it has its own tennis court,it hasnt and the tennis club is a very long walk.Other things as decribed didnt materialise such as hairdryers,internet access and there was no sky tv in the main bedroom.The air con in the main bedroom failed and all the outside furniture needs attention with oil .my chair broke under my modest weight,much to my familys ammusement.To describe the villa as overlooking the 18th green is also stretching things a bit,as that would only be possible after cutting down lots of very established tress,shrubs etc ,and certainly no part of the golf course can be viewed from the villa,except in the very distance . The resort is very smart and very quiet after 11pm.the bar and food prices are reasonable on site ,but there are many excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive ,The local beaches seem safe and clean ,and the west coast great for surfing.My first visit to portugal will hopefully not be my last and i would certainly recommend the resort and villa for a relaxing stay.

Our staff work very hard to maintain a high standard of care for our guests and are please to read the mostly good comments about the schoey’s party stay in our villa, I would however like to make the following comments on the negative aspect of the review:
1. With reference to the comment about the tennis courts, on revisiting our advertisement on ‘Holiday Rentals, I think is justified they have taken an item from one of their tick boxes labelled ‘outside’ and relabelled it as ‘Highlights’. I have now removed it from the tick box.
2. We supply hairdryers on request, as we feel it would be dangerous to leave them in the bedrooms where children may be in occupation. They are available on request and I am assured by our staff that one was supplied to the schoey’s but never used.
3. Internet access is only available for ‘Guesthouse’ clients. We always direct potential clients to our website, which clearly states this.
4. There is Sky TV in all the bedrooms and the lower lounge, it was not reported to our staff that it was not working in the main bedroom. We have checked it since receiving this review and all are in working order.
5. It was notified to our staff that the A/C unit it the master bedroom had malfunctioned, on examination there was not a problem with the unit, but the controller had been switched to ‘humidify’ rather than ‘Air-conditioning’. Once switched back to ‘Air-conditioning all was well.
6. The broken chair is of solid teak construction and relatively new, we are surprised it could break so easily.
7. With regard to the comment on the position of the villa and the 18th. green, this quite honestly leaves us perplexed. As you can see from the photograph on the website (admittedly taken 2 years ago) the 18th green and 10th tee-off can clearly be seen. You could not get closer to the 18th. green, being only 3 minutes walk from the villa
