The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. Bedrooms are all located to the quiet rear of the apartment and have shutters for a good and peaceful night's rest. The complex is suited for both families and for those seeking rest, whilst being very close to all amenities. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The single level and the availability of a lift make it also suitable for people with mobility problems. The gardens and two communal pools are well maintained. Ample sun loungers are provided for use by residents. There are parking facilities under the apartment complex.
There are two world class golf courses within about half an hour drive. Other golf courses are closer. The apartment is located close to the Tombs of the Kings and the Roman mosiac archeological findings. There are mountains and hiking facilities nearby. The Akamas nature reserve is just 15 minutes drive away. All watersports facilities are nearby. The entire Cyprus coast is a mix of cliffs, bays, coves and of course sunny beaches. All areas of Paphos are within walking distance. Paphos Airport is around 20 minutes drive away, Larnaca airport about 90 minutes as is Nicosia. Limassol is around 45 minutes drive. There is a bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable key/damage deposit of 70 euros will be required upon entering the apartment and will be returned when the apartment is checked and the keys returned. Prices include air-conditioning, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
