A very attractive and spacious stone villa, set in the countryside a short 5 minute drive from Inca - a bustling town of 40,000 population in the middle of Mallorca. The villa consists of 4 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with hydro massage shower), a very large dining room, with a long dining table that sits up to 12 people. This flows on to a living room with sofa and television. The kitchen is bright and roomy, and well equipped, and has a breakfast table with seating for 6. There is also the garden with a barbecue and tennis court. At the front of the house there is also a large covered terrace, with a terrace table and 4 chairs - another uncovered terrace to the side, and an ample entrance and parking area, with a large automatic gate for security and privacy. Also at the front going up 3 or 4 steps we have another terrace with the pool with a luxurious sofa and table. This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
