Due to the nature of a Cyprus holiday, this villa was built with extensive terracing for maximum relaxation in the sun. There are 6 sun loungers placed around the large 5 x 10 m overflow private pool, on the other terraces there is one tempered glass rectangle table with white parasol, one round glass table with white parasol and 6 rattan chairs.
In addition to being in a private setting on a corner lot next to a ravine, this villa also has a beautiful garden surrounding it on all sides accessed by large paving stones and filled with citrus trees, bougainvilleas, roses, palms, and 60 year old olive trees. Upon arrival you will be given a care package including some basic food items, contact info, and some tourist info regarding the surrounding area.
25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Please note Rental rates quoted are for 4 people only. For every additional person up to 10 people there will be an additional £50 charge per person.
Final Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival along with £200GB refundable security deposit which is refunded once the property has been inspected after your departure & found to be without damage.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made.
Check in times are 1500 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Included in the rental rates is a Welcome Package that includes clean linens, bath and pool towels as well as some basic food items.

We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
