Imposing Villa Olio with private pool in its own olive grove
Large spacious villa within its own one and a half acre olive grove. Within five minutes of the famous White city of Ostuni and 15 minutes minutes of many quite beaches or for the more active there are marina and safari parks, sail surfing, tennis, horse riding and cycling.For the new season we are building an in ground pool and terracing all around for total sun worship. A fully equiped wood fired barbeque and pool side shower complete the experience. The property remains cool during the summer due to its position above sea level. We do provide fans however for complete comfort.
Accommodation Summary : All six bedrooms are doubles,all have separate entrances off a hall. plus two put-u-ups for the extra surprise guest! All the bathrooms have a shower, bidet and wash basin. The Kitchens are next to there respective lounge dinning rooms. We have also refurnished the villa. The dining table on the ground floor can now comfortably seat twelve. Our experience has shown that most guests eat on the ground floor so we have stocked the cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment accordingly. The upper floor is still equipped to cater for six people.
Puglia the best kept Italian holiday area The area around the Villa has amenities for all tastes. These include many superb restaurants at all levels from budget to silver service. This is the area for the best Pasta, wine, and fish. Towns worth visiting would be Alberobello, the trulli town. Lecce the baroque city and the ancient ports of Bari and Brindisi.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
