The assortment of ski runs cater from beginner to expert off piste which makes Obertauern an ideal choice for families and mixed group levels alike. The superb ski lift system fans out from the center of the village enabling skiers to ski in either direction. Imagine 120Km of slopes without ever having to take your skis off!
Snowboarders are also in their element with a snowboarding floodlit freestyle park boasting big kickers, rails, beginner lines, half pipe and a fat corner.
After a day of skiing you can ski down to one of the best after skis located just minutes away from the apartments.
You will find several restaurants and ski shops within a 5 minute walk from Apparthotel Stein Adler.

Payment 1/Booking deposit; 25% of total rent. Payable at the time of booking.
Payment 2; 75% of total rent payble 48h prior beginning of the term.
Safety deposit; €300 payable 48h prior beginning of the term. Refunded 10 days after the end of the term. Please send account information for refund via mail.
In case of cancelation; The booking deposit, 25% of the total rent, is non refundable in case of cancelation.
Tourist tax; €1 per person per night payable in the reception on arrival. (applicable to all persons over age of 15.)

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
