The house has a Swimming pool with counter current for added exercise. There is a large garden with fruit and fig trees plus a field which goes down to a river, which horse owners are welcome to use.
There is metal/wood table, 2 benches and 2 chairs for alfresco eating.
On the balcony there is a built-in barbeque and large wooden table and chairs plus plastic sun chairs. There are also armchairs on the balcony.
On the back balcony there is a glass dining table and sun chairs.
Accommodation Summary : The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 4 double bedrooms, one with queen size bed, 2 bedrooms lead out onto balconies. There is a lounge with open fire, kitchen with ice making fridge/freezer plus dishwasher. There is a built-in barbecue on the south facing balcony where beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed.
Bikes are available to use, it is an easy ride to Uzes with its beautiful 12 century buildings, chateaux, restaurants and enchanting market. There is a golf course nearby as well as the Haras International equestrian centre which is literally in walking distance. Via the camargue the beach is 50 mins away.
Art courses are possible including art week packages.

The completely seperate apartment with its own access and garden, is used on occassion by the owner. This also enables her to give art tuition when requested.

We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
