Set in a pretty white garden village with communal pools and gardens, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes walk from the town along the beach yet still close to bars and restaurants. There are about 9 bar/restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. There are also several bar/restaurants along the beach 'where you can sample paella and tapas. As well as the local beach there are many unspoilt coves along the coast.
There are many fiestas throughout the year when the locals really go to town with spectacular floats and firework displays

Notes on Amenities :
The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with large walk in shower. The studio is split level with a bedroom area with 2 single beds and a living area with double bed settee. There are heaters for the cooler months. Outside there is a very poretty terrace with tavle and chairs for dining.
25% deposit is payable by bank transfer on reservation. Balance is due 8 weeks before your vacation. Special arrangements are made for last minute reservations.
From Nerja it is very easy to visit Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba. We even managed a day out in North Africe! Cloaser to home you can visit the famous Caves of Nerja and Frigiliana.
There are too many bars and restaurants to mention in the centre of Nerja. But within walking distance from the studio there are approximately 9 places to eat and drink. We have put a list of our favourites in the studio.
You can reach the studio by bus from the Airport and public transport in Nerja is excellent. There is a local bus about 10 minutes walk from the studio which takes you straight into the centre of Nerja.

nous avons passées des vacances inoubliables, cadre merveilleusement calme, les habitants sont adorables et très acceuillants. De superbes ballades à faire, aussi bien à pied quant voiture pour visiter les villes et villages allentours.Le studio est bien agencé et propre, une connection internet serait pratique.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le studio est très joli, très bien équipé avec une terrasse permettant une très belle vue. Il est proche de la plage. La piscine est magnifique et très agréable. De plus Nerja est une très belle station balnéaire avec de magnifiques plages ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Nous remercions David et Linda, les propriétaires du studio pour leur amabilité lors de la réservation. A une autre fois et merci encore.

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. Everything inside the apartment seemed new. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were even films for us to watch. The apartment was very comfortable and had a lovely terrace area. The area of Punta Lara is beautiful. The beach is very close and the swimming pool area was fantastic. I hope to return again soon. The owners were very nice and helpful

Would definitely go back to this area. Punta Lara was a very lovely complex with beautiful gardens and swimmimg pools. It was fairly quiet which we enjoyed, but enough bars & restaurants and the beach close by. We enjoyed visiting Nerja (lots of shops & picturesque scenery)and there are other villages in the hills well worth a visit. We were very happy with the accommodation which was clean and comfortable and hope to go back again in the future.
