The 1st floor includes a family room with a freestanding gas fireplace and a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace, a 3/4 bath, and french doors that access a balcony with mountain views. The 3rd floor includes one bedroom with 1-set of full bunk beds, another bedroom with 1-set of full bunk beds plus an adjoining balcony, and a master bedroom with 1-queen bed, its own private balcony, and 1-full bath. Rates for Cabin 47 range from $269.00 to $439.00 per night, and from $1614.00 to $3073.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from $594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.

My wife Carly and friends Zed and Julie just stayed in Mt. Baker Lodging's Cabin #23. This 2-bedroom vacation home was beyond our expectations. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well organized for our stay. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, pool table, outdoor hot tub, and gas grill. We would highly recommend Mt. Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
