Local beaches (El Portet and Moraira) are close at hand and there are 2 communal pools for this small and quiet development.
Within a short drive is the pretty El Portet beach, perfectly safe bathing for children, with a fabulous Spanish restaurant with traditional paella and sangria. A 10 minute drive and you are in Moraira with its boutiques, deli's and lovely family restaurants.Friday is a must for the local market. Javea, with its spectacular beach and large promenade full of family dining is a 20 minute drive.
Moraira is a beautiful town which has been awarded the prestigious Green Flag for its outstanding public programme.
There are no high rise hotels, consequently there are no package tours in Moraira.

The price includes - water,gas and electricity consumption, regular pool cleaning and at the end of your holiday the laundering of linen and towels and the cleaning of the villa.
Beach towels are not included.
An English speaking representative is available in case of emergencies throughout your stay.
We shall be flexible regarding start dates, but the weekly rates shown are based on Saturday to Saturday.
For short notice bookings the full cost of the booking will be required as soon as possible.
A Sky tv package is available with all UK stations + sky sports.

Excellent value,family loved both the villa and the area. Moraira is great for a holiday with family, no big hotels or package holidays.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
