A nice little chalet of about 110 m2, suitable for up to 6 people at 30 meters from Maison Le Touriste, our other property.
It has one bedroom with a double bed sleeping 2 and a large bedroom with 1 double bed and a 'lounge' area with a sofa bed, sleeping 4 people.
A brand new bathroom with separate toilet and also brand new, a very large kitchen with a 4 burner stove, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There is a large fireplace and a large dining table. The ideal place to spend a winterοΏ½s evening with friends or family.
Prices include bed linen and 2 towels per person.
The price is exclusive of final cleaning costs at 50οΏ½ and tourist tax (0.65 οΏ½ per night per person of 13 years and older).
Furthermore, all Le Touriste services apply such as ski passes ready on arrival, bakery at the door etc.
Right in the heart of the amazing Portes du Soleil ski domain. The largest linked ski area in the world covering parts of France and Switzerland.

In the most beautifull alpine hamlet you can imagine and at the same time just 4 km's or 5 minutes by car from Morzine center and the lifts. We had some long evening sitting in the kitchen by the fire and we're sad to have to go home!!!!

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
