La Grange Souris Beautifully Converted Barn in Rural Charente
This recently converted barn has all modern amenities but retains many original features with stone walls and old beams throughout. It can sleep up to 9 people + a baby in 4 bedrooms, has private gardens and pool and is set in the beautiful rural Charente countryside. It has private gardens front and back with an oval 7.3m x 3.7m private pool in the rear garden. The interior is of an open plan design with 4 bedrooms leading off a gallery above. There are 2 double rooms, 1 twin and 1 triple plus a cot. There are bathrooms with shower, sink and WC both upstairs and down.
Patio doors lead to a pebbled patio complete with barbeque and garden tables and chairs.
Accommodation Summary : We are set in the tiny hamlet of La Tourterie a 15 minute walk from the nearest village of Montemboeuf which has a Spar, bank, post office, boulangerie, boucherie and 2 bars one with a lunch time restaurant. It is in a great location where we are served by numerous excellent restaurants, and there are plenty of activities to suit everyone, from walking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, and we have an 18 hole golf course just 10 minutes down the road.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
