The house situated in a traffic free piazza right in the heart of the historic town of Montalto delle Marche is close to blue-flag beaches of the Adriatic and the Sibillini Mountain National Park.

The house, on two floors, is in a traffic-free piazza with a sweeping panoramic view and therefore very private. You can be in a world of your own and forget there is anyone else around, or not - as you wish. It is c. 100 square metres in size and provides clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation in a perfect location for exploring both the coast and the mountains of this beautiful region. How to get here Montalto reached is easily from Ancona and Pescara airports, Rome and Rimini are both a 2-3 hour drive away.
Car hire advised, although there are local buses from Montalto and private hire is available. Trains to San Benedetto and Grottammare with local pick-up offered.

Local amenities Montalto has the full range of food shops, cafes/restaurants, bank, Post-Office, Doctor's surgery, and weekly Wednesday market. There is an excellent and very reasonable pizzeria within walking distance of the house. There are many enchanting hill villages to explore within the Ascoli area, with typical stone houses, cobbled streets, and panoramic views across the hills and Sibillini Mountains and down onto the Tesino and Aso valleys.
The city of Ascoli Piceno, an ancient Roman town, is only 25 km away, with its medieval and renaissance palazzos and grand piazzas in warm travertine stone. A visit here, with a gelato at the Caffe Meletti in Art Nouveau style, is a highlight for many visitors. Not to miss is the Quintana festival here in July and August. Throughout the summer, there are many local 'festas', mostly food based, in the surrounding hilltop villages.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
