All self-catering apartments are air-conditioned, large, fully equiped and beautifully appointed. The spacious landscaped gardens offer areas for dining, relaxing or simply lazing by the 12m x 6m private pool where guests can gaze at the stunning views whilst enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Sunbeds with luxurious cushions and sunshades are provided and Girasole (2 bedroom apartment) also has a private garden to the rear of the property. The ancient town of Mogliano is only a short walk away. Whilst Mogliano offers guests all amenities including 3 restaurants it has retained that wonderful traditional feel of a true Marchigiani town. This was our 3rd trip to Marche, but our first stay at Caserma Carina...our only regret was that we didn't book 2 weeks there! Caserma Carina is a great place just to read and relax, but there is also plenty to do in the region (countless hill towns to discover, hiking, beaches, wine tasting, shopping, etc.), and still relatively few tourists.
Lesley, Dean and Gracie have created a wonderful spot... the setting is fabulous, the grounds and apartments are beautiful (and so clean and well maintained!) & the pool is just perfect....What is really special though is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that they have created. It was difficult to leave (even for little day trips, never mind at the end of our stay), and we hope to be back again soon...

We arrived very late Saturday night to a warm welcome from Dean! A beautiful apartment, fantastically kitted out! Sunday morning brought the amazing views all around & the cleanest pool we have even had!!!! We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Dean & Lesleys local knowledge was invaluable and saved us loads of time on the roads by giving 'local' directions. The gardens are immaculately kept by Dean & our boys ( 7 & 5) said the highlight of the holiday was the ride on the ride-on mower!!!!!!! Grace was a delight & Dean & Lesley were perfect hosts!!!!!!! The peace that we experienced over the 2 weeks was just lovely!!!!

What an amazing place. Dean and Lesley are so welcoming and it is their sole aim to make your holiday in Marche a really Italian experience.
The problem of not knowing where to go and what to do first is completely taken away with Dean and Lesley's extensive knowledge of the area, it's restaurants, the shops and the best places to visit.
The apartments are beautifully decorated and spotless. The pool and comfy loungers are just perfect, the drinks fridge in the out-house is great as you can just help yourself to wine, beer or soft drinks whenever you want (as long as you mark it down on the sheet provided). Great DVD library with a good selection of films for all ages.
We met three other families whilst we were there and we've all booked for next Summer. My parents have also booked for early next Summer.
On day 4 of our holiday I posted the following on Facebook ".... is having a Carlsberg holiday" - think that says it all.

Caserma Carina's location, amenities and management ensure a very relaxing family holiday - even with an energetic two-and-a-half-year-old in tow. The pool is beautiful and offers fantastic views and plenty of sun throughout the day. The apartments are both luxurious and comfortable and the area is unspoilt and welcoming. Dean, Lesley and Grace are incredibly friendly, very helpful and run a really well-maintained property with an excellent honesty bar of local wines and cool, crisp beer. Highly recommended whether you are looking for a touring base or a relaxing sun and swim holiday.

Visited with my husband in September 2010 and we were incredibly impressed with Caserma Carina and our hosts' ability to provide directions/suggestions. The hospitatlity throughout our stay was first-class and we loved our apartment, clean and spacious, swimming in the immaculate pool, buying fresh fish and BBQ'ing in the evening, visiting nearby villages, Maccerata (fantastic cathedral and shopping), Sibillini Mountains and Lake Fiestra and a beach day on the Adriatic coast. Not enough time to doeverything, but a good excuse to come back SOON! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. - Toronto, Canada
