All self-catering apartments are air-conditioned, large, fully equiped and beautifully appointed. The spacious landscaped gardens offer areas for dining, relaxing or simply lazing by the 12m x 6m private pool where guests can gaze at the stunning views whilst enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Sunbeds with luxurious cushions and sunshades are provided and Girasole (2 bedroom apartment) also has a private garden to the rear of the property. BBQs are available for use by the guests where private dining can be enjoyed on the terrace, under the gazebo, around the pool or indeed anywhere in the gardens. The ancient town of Mogliano is only a short walk away. Whilst Mogliano offers guests all amenities including 3 restaurants it has retained that wonderful traditional feel of a true Marchigiani town. We have lost count of the number of visits we have made to Caserma Carina and have just returned from another blissfull 14 nights. The apartments never disapoint and the grounds seem to improve each year as a result of Dean and Lesleys care.
Dean, Lesley and Gracie are excellent hosts and always have a good suggestion of which restaurants to visit or places to go..
We had a really enjoyable fabulously chilled out time. What more can we say, we are addicted and will be back.

We arrived late on a Saturday night in the middle of a heatwave to be warmly welcomed and instantly made to feel at home. We spent the following week cooling off between the pool, the shade from the tree and the lovely air conditioned apartment. Lesley and Dean were brilliant hosts. They know exactly when to offer help and when to leave you alone. They work incredibly hard at maintaining the beautiful garden and pool. As for the apartments, they were the nicest rental accomodation I've ever stayed in. Spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped.
If you're reading this because you're not sure the reality can match the hype, then believe me when I say it does. I was delighted we went and will definitely go back again.

This was our second visit to Caserma Carina and it did not disappoint. We had a fabulous holiday, Mogliano and the surrounding areas have so much to offer, it left us once again wanting more............................ We have some great memories of our stay, early morning swims (thank you Dean), the fabulous scenery, wonderful art, amazing festivals and that glass of vino watching the sun go down in the garden. Caserma Carina is an absolute gem, Dean and Lesley are great hosts who could not be more welcoming and helpful, supported by Gracie who was a delight. We have Le Marche in our hearts. we will be back!

Our stay at Caserma Carina was everything we had hoped for and so much more! A wonderful location in an unspoilt area, with a very warm welcome from Dean, Lesley and Grace who work so hard to make the stay enjoyable. The well designed apartment was super, with 'extras' available to ensure a 'good start'. Dean and Lesley provided superb information about places to visit, eat and exploring the region. Take their advice!The gardens and swimming pool provided excellent relaxation after sightseeing or just for a quiet day. Dean's cheerful smile, banter and weather forecasts provide a bright start to the day. Lesley is so helpful with everything, and both have them have worked so hard to create this outstanding place. Normally staying in hotels, we loved the 'freedom' to do as we pleased here, and be part of this lovely family for a short time. We are planning to return next year and this is firmly at the top of our 'best place' list.

A very relaxing place to stay - the accomodation was perfect, the surrounding area beautiful and the pool/garden area was a lovely haven to relax in - maintained to a very high standard. Dean and Lesley were exceptional hosts - very welcoming, knowledgable about the surrounding area and did everything they could to make our trip as relaxing as possible. We will definetly be going back. Many thanks.

We stayed in the apartment "Papavero", it is spacious and spotlessly clean,the furnishings and equipment are superior to any other apartment we've ever stayed in and the bed was SO comfortable.It was wonderful to look out of the bedroom window to see the sun rise over Mogliano. The gardens and pool area are immaculate and very peaceful. It's only a short uphill walk to "Mogliano", where you will find a couple of small supermarkets,restaurants, bar cafes and the picturesque old town, a coffee at "Angel"bar excellent value at 1euro.
Lesley and Dean have extensive local knowledge, and are only too happy to recommend places to visit (and how to get there!), we especially liked "Le Casette" an"Agrituristo" restaurant in the Sibilini mountains.
