SoFi Villas and Garden is located in famous Miami Beach/South Beach, Florida. SoFi Villas and Garden is located in SoFi (South of Fifth Street) two blocks from the beaches and Ocean Drive! This beautiful 1930's building is in the historic Art Deco District. SoFi Villas and Garden also has a unique garden and courtyard area where you can enjoy outdoor seating for visiting, reading a magazine or sharing coffee with a friend. The cottage has many windows and restored original hardwood floors. It has air conditioning, linens, towels, complete kitchen and accessories, high speed internet, cable TV, and secured access to the building and courtyard.
Accommodation Summary : The Cottage has Two bedrooms and One bath and is completely furnished with a Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The Cottage has tile floors, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and all cooking utensils. The unit also includes central air, cable TV and high speed internet. The Garden Cottage is on street level, with no steps or stairs. There is also a beautiful view of the Garden from the kitchen and bedroom.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
