Vista Baia is a small luxury condominium of just 9 apartments which share a lovely freeform pool and landscaped gardens. The apartment has electric gated entry and underground parking. The apartment is set in a superb location in a quiet area just across the road from the golden beach of Meia Praia. There are 2 beach bars and a restaurant all within a couple of minutes walk. Lagos Marina is a 15/20 minute walk via beach or road. Alternatively you can catch the local Onda bus service which stops just opposite the condominium entrance. Palmares Golf Club is 2 minutes by car and Boavista Golf Club 10 minutes by car. Our ground floor apartment has a 40sq m terrace that leads straight onto the pool area which is never crowded as only 9 apartments share the pool and gardens. Full management company service provided (meet and greet service, 24/7 emergency telephone number in case of loss of keys etc). The apartment has air-conditioning/heating throughout and automated security shutters in all rooms. Security safe. Travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. Non-smoking, no pets allowed. The use of our personal locker is also available and this contains 2 x beach chairs, parasol, cooler box, buckets, spades, bowls, rubber ring, dingy, kite, float, 2 balls, 2 hula hoops and the all important inflatable walrus!

Thank you so much for all your help. We had a wonderful holiday at the apartment. It is difficult travelling alone with two young children. It's only my second holiday alone with the boys but knowing that everything is well organised makes it so much easier. The taxi service was fantastic. Very prompt and helpful. Meet and greet also good.
The apartment was beautiful and great to have access to the beach toys. The train and bus made it possible to have a great holiday without a car. The beach was excellent and surprisingly not packed with british voices given the time of year.
Thanks you so much for help. It was a great holiday. My circumstances are not currently the most simple and it makes a massive difference to have support when booking a holiday without having to go the package holiday route.

Thanks for the mail. We had a great time and the fortnight flew by. I'm looking out of the window as I type this and it's chucking down with rain!!!!!! - in direct contrast to the weather we had.
The apartment was, is, superb and we couldn't fault the way you have fitted it out and equipped it. To illustrate that we all said that we've never had such comfortable beds whilst on holiday. It really was a home from home.
The beach is tremendous and the fact that it's literally over the road made life even more comfortable. The beach bar you recommended was a treat - the pork and the prawns on the spit (or speat) wow!
The fact that we had a car enabled us to travel to all sorts of places on a couple of days out... Luz, Alvor, Carvoeiro, Albufeira....however Lagos was a delight to return to.
The meet and greet (Avenida wasn't it) were very professional - they met us on time, gave us the keys, provided a quick once over of the apartment and left us to it - that was fine. We had no reason to have any contact with them again until the day we left and again, they turned up at the agreed time collected the keys and off we went.
The driving directions were spot on - we followed them to the letter and went straight to the apartment.
We have nothing bad to say at all and would happily give glowing references to any of your potential guests.
All in all a fantastic fortnight - thanks to you both.

Thanks for everything, we had such a great time at your apartment and i will definitely recommend it to friends and family. We really appreciated all the little extra things like the beach chairs and umbrella from the garage storage room, the uk/europe adaptors in the electricity plugs and the booklet with the bus and train times to town, all these things made our stay so much easier and enjoyable.
Thanks again Shaun, our accommodation was really what made the whole trip so great.

Thanks for your mail, yes the three of us had a fantastic holiday thank you. The weather was superb (we've been freezing ever since we landed in Bham!).
Well, the apartment was lovely, so much bigger than we expected and having the terrace right there onto the pool area was absolutely ideal. It really spoiled us! The location is brill, its so handy for the beach and we made use of the parasol and beach chairs which was great. We ate at the Jardim and the Beach bar you suggested and had lovely meals on every occasion. Lagos town is lovely we had some nice meals there too and of course Joe had a ride on the carousel!.
The taxi service was spot on, would definitely recommend them to anyone, so thanks for organising that for us. The management company were really helpful, the meet and greet was brief but ok. We had an unfortunate incident where we left the buggy at Faro airport. I can't believe we did it, we realised when we were at the apartment on the evening, we were devastated. So I called Peter Salt and he gave me the number for Faro airport and they had found it and kept it for us, Peter said he had someone going over to the airport on the Thurs so they could get it for us, which was great and really helpful as it saved us paying for a taxi to and from the airport to get it!
All in all we had an absolutely fabulous holiday, Joe really enjoyed his little self, the apartment is ideal for children and has everything you need which is great. We will definitely recommend it to people. It just went too quick! I've already started looking at flights to Faro for next year!!

Yes thank you we had a lovely holiday! The apartment was lovely, and exceeded our expectations from the pictures we saw on the website. It was also great to be so close to the beach, although we found ourselves staying on the sun terrace for the most part, as we had the pool pretty much to ourselves!
The location we also thought was excellent, as it was far enough away to get some peace and quiet, but not so far that it was a problem to get into Lagos. We enjoyed walking in as the sun set and then got taxis back from the town later at night.
Carla from the management company was very welcoming, polite and helpful. She even gave us a lift to the supermarket when we first arrived, so we could stock up for the week!
The taxi firm were also very efficient. They were waiting for us on arrival, and were there earlier than the pick up time for the journey back. We found it a relief not to have to get on a shuttle bus and was well worth the extra money. The first driver we had was also keen to tell us about the places we passed on the journey.
We really did have a fantastic time, loved the apartment and will most certainly be recommending it to friends, family and colleagues. We would also like to say thanks ever so much for all your organisation prior to our arrival in Meia Praia. To have all our questions answered before we arrived meant all we had to do was relax! Your attention to detail and personal touch will, I'm sure, mean the apartment and your business will be an ongoing success!

I was planning to email you but just hadn't quite got round to it yet. We had a great time at Meia Praia and your apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was very quiet and private which is just what we wanted. The location is excellent. Everything we needed was there and we were very comfortable. The proximity of the pool is fantastic and we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time which was fab.
All the leaflets etc were useful, we left a guide book on the Algarve that we had bought cos it had some quite good things to do for day trips. The other thing we found which you may already know about is the nautical museum above the municipal market. It was 5Euros for a family ticket and was really excellent. My 7 year old got his own personal tour guide and everything was in English. My 2 year old enjoyed playing in the 2 play parks which are all themed around boats. If you've not been, you should check it out.
