Beautiful early 19th century Proven�al farmhouse, surrounded by apple orchards in the Luberon national park. Near the picturesque town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue, the house is set in a peaceful 1 acre garden with private pool, fig and olive trees and sleeps 10.
Mas de Previeux slumbers in the shade of centuries-old plane trees on the edge of the Luberon park. The sympathetically renovated house is full of original features with a tasteful combination of 19th century antiques and contemporary Italian and French country furniture.

Activities The house is ideally situated for exploring the hilltop villages and forest walks of the Luberon, such as Gordes and Bonnieux, or hunting for antiques in L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Some of France's premier attractions, such as Avignon, the city of Popes, the aqueduct of the Pont du Gard or the Roman ruins in Nimes and Orange are a short drive away. The seaside is little more than an hour away, with the calanque fjords near the buzzing port of Marseille. And where the Rhone meets the sea you have the wild wetlands of the Camargue with wild horses, cowboys and rare birds. World-class arts festivals take place in summer in Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Orange -- and Lacoste,: once the home of the Marquis de Sade and now owned by Pierre Cardin.
Food, wine and relaxing The region is full of restaurants, simple to starred, for every pocket, and the local markets, open every day, have wonderful fresh produce. Baker's in the nearby village of Les Vignères, and good butcher's and greengrocer's and supermarkets in Cavaillon and L'Isle sur la Sorgue, if you want prepare some delicious Provençal cuisine yourself. Excellent Côtes de Luberon, Côtes de Ventoux and Côtes du Rhône Villages local wines.
At the house you will want to laze in the garden or take a dip in the pool. We have an inflatable paddling pool for little ones, and bikes.
