The villa is bright & spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with all the facilities a superior villa offers the discerning guests.
The villa has extensive terraces surrounded by a bordered garden with colourful, sub-tropical plants. This area includes a fabulous, 9 metres heated swimming pool with patio furniture, comfortable sun-loungers, and an outside pool shower. For al fresco dining/entertainment there is a poolside bar with fridge & BBQ. There is also the added luxury of a private 19-jet Jacuzzi spa.
The villa is fully alarmed for your security (code supplied on arrival).
The villa is within a few minutes� drive or ten minute walk of the main resort.

Suitable for wheelchairs. Wide entry doorways access to the villa with a single step. The villa is on one level and is not on a slope. Swimming pool is 9mtr x 4mtr, depth 1.5mtr to 2.5mtr
The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & localised shopping malls. It is only a few minute’s drive or ten-minute walk to the picturesque Old Town Harbour with excellent choice of restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches & white sand of Puerto Del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island. Broadband access charged locally.
Prices are for 1-4 persons. Extra persons £100 per week
Additional Information :
The maid service includes a fresh set of towels for every day of your stay, mini clean half way through your weeks stay and weekly bedding/linen change. If staying more than 14 days the villa is cleaned throughout each subsequent fortnight.
