Travel Fly to Tenerife South Airport - Los Cristianos is approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport. For your information we have always found The Co-op Group Tel: 0800 9020 360 very helpful with finding flights. All amenities are a 10 minute walk away from the apartment so car hire is not essential but is recommended to enable you to explore the island. Car parking.

Golf and Attractions There are seven golf courses on the Island of which five are close to Los Cristianos the closest of which are: Golf Las Americas an 18 hole golf course, Golf Der Sur, Golf Costa Adeje, Amarilla Golf and Country Club. Winter weather of 20-25 degress is perfect for golf which can be viewed and booked online.
There are two water parks near Los Cristianos: Octopus Aqua Park in Playa De Las Americas, Aqua Park in Calle Finlandia, Adeje which are both open all year round (these parks contain salt water and will take sun cream off, so apply your cream after each ride).
There are 2 zoos on the outskirts of Los Cristianos (only a short drive): Parque Las Aguilas (also known as The Eagle Park, Las Augilas Del Teide and The Jungle Park), and Chayofa (camel riding). Both open most days all year round.
There is a Go Cart Track for adults and children nearby (5 mins drive away
Further details: Los Cristianos is a tourist area, there is an abundance of bars, restaurants,supermarkets,banks and shops and something for everyone.
Tenerife has a lot of historical background and there are monuments and museums around the island displaying and describing this for you to visit and see.
Fiestas are held throughout the year around the island including fancy dress,music,flowers and wine tasting.
A trip to La Gomera is recommended and can be booked from Los Cristianos quay side.Other trips can be booked from here as well.
A visit to Mount Teide,the highest peak in Spain,is recommended.
There are several very good restaurants in Chayofa.
The weather in Los Cristianos has an all round Spring and Summer termperature,a hot subtropical climate with a lot of sun and little rain.
