We are situated 3 miles from the village of Drumnadrochit which is on the west side of Loch Ness 14 miles south of the city of Inverness.
The village has several hotels and pubs, restaurants, shops, Post Office and Bank and is home to 2 Loch Ness Monster Exhibitions.
Our 5 spacious quality holiday lodges (graded 4 star by Scottish Tourist Board) set high on the hillside above Drumnadrochit and Loch Ness offer very comfortable accommodation for a refuge of peace and tranquillity or a convenient base for touring, walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing, golfing or horse riding.

Rates quoted are for full occupancy of 5/6 guests, deduct £50 for 3/4 guests or £100 for 1/2 guests - except for July/ August and Xmas / New Year when no occupancy discounts are applicable.
Book two consecutive weeks or more and get 10% discount off second and subsequent weeks.
Short Breaks are charged at 50% of applicable weekly rate for first two nights plus 10% of rate for each additional night.

There are planes , trains and buses arriving into Inverness and bus services from Inverness to Drumnadrochit but we strongly recommend a car as being essential to enjoy the best of your holiday with us.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
