Distances
The nearest town is Lloret de Mar and in the other direction Tossa de Mar which are a 5 minute and 8 minute drive respectively away from the house. The city of Girona is a 45 minute drive and Barcelona 1οΏ½ hour. There are many other attractive towns and villages perfect to visit for an excursion.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated in the heart of the Costa Brava on the coastal road between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, arguably on the best stretch of coastline in Europe. There are beautiful coves all along this coastline, some of which you will see on the photographs, within a driving distance of 5 - 10 minutes. This is excluding the main beaches in Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, which are 8 minutes and 5 minutes driving distance away respectively.
Golf
The Costa Brava is a region of many golf courses and the house is well situated with 10-30 minutes drive to many courses.

Open plan with a spacious lounge, ample sofas, TV/DVD... 3 patio doors lead onto a large terrace. The dining room is adjacent to the lounge and leads to the fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room. There is a double bedroom and full bathroom on this floor

On the urbanisation is a restaurant with swimming pool, supermarket, childrens play area, tennis and all purpose court, e.g. football area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen for the bathrooms and beds are provided on arrival.
Probably the best way to see the coast is to board one of the excursion boats which leave from the beach in several towns and allow you to get on and off where you choose and operate from Palamos in the north to Blanes in the south.
If you want to make any excursions, Barcelona is approximately 1½hr drive by car or alternatively is a relaxing journey following the coast by local train from Blanes which takes you into the city centre at a cost of approx. 10 return per person.
The 2nd city is Girona and is well worth visiting. The historic centre around the river has a beautiful cathedral surrounded by narrow streets of the old quarter with shops and restaurants. The towns along the coast within a short driving distance offer many different things to see, e.g. marinas, working harbours, fishing fleets and fish auctions, botanical gardens, museums, castles and water parks. Inland, the Costa Brava offers medieval villages, historic castles and architecture and beautiful countryside.
